João Teixeira Albernas II Atlas was compiled in 1680. The African volume consists of 17 charts of the west and east African coastlines, excluding the African Mediterranean coastline. The Asian volume contains 15 charts of coastlines from the Red Sea to Japan. The below map was drawn in 1673. We have indicated a few modern place names.
